New regulation in Beijing requires e-bikes to be equipped with license plates

The legislative authority of Beijing on Friday published a draft law
imposing stricter regulations on the rampantly growing electrical
 bicycles in the city. The ambiguity of related laws has led to the
violation of transportation rules, a problem which needs to be tackled
