" I was The Dean of Students Affairs(DSA) when He(Amaechi) was a student of the University of Port Harcourt and Today He is My Oga...Every Oga Get Oga"
You can imagine a man who had become DSA when Amaechi was still a student. He was already a Lecturer before Amaechi gained admission into the University of Port Harcourt
Amaechi became Governor and carried him along
Today, Amaechi personally made him The Bayalsa state Rep. of The NDDC. Amaechi is not from Bayalsa state but He fought so hard to see that His former DSA who is now a loyal friend to gain Relevance and Fortune in Life and Politics.
Before now, He was(is still) a senior Consultant in the NDDC based on Amaechi's Cordination..
The Budget for the Bayalsa state office of the NDDC in 2016 was N659M outside outside side chops that may take that figure to N800M.
