Sadly,Eleme suddenly became a shadow of it's self due to security challenges and other social Vices but By the Grace of God, Peace has been Restored.
Through the Nyesom Wike Led Administration who initiated the process of Amnesty for Repentant Cultists, Peace Gradually returned to Eleme as They had only two Options, Take the Amnesty and Repent or Face the full weight of the law.
Today, Eleme is Relatively Peaceful and I now tell people
"FORGET IT ENOUGH TO GET OVER IT, REMEMBER IT ENOUGH SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!"
However, One of the sectors that suffered in the past due to the Insecurity was the Real Estate Sector as The Value of Properties dropped Drastically in Eleme but immediately after the Amnesty and Peace initiatives by The State Government and security agencies, There is an Astronomical Increase in the Price of Properties.
