About today, the Chiefs, Elders, Youths, Women and countless other members of Umuebulu Community spoke in one accord, in one voice and in complete unity, as they jointly celebrate their new King in the person of H.R.H Eze James Nwagwu, as the Ubulu iv, the Ochimba(1) and the Paramount Ruler of Umuebulu Community in Etche LGA of Rivers State.
The events witnessed the performance of final traditional Rites/ Confirmation,
Coronation and official presentation of the Resolution of the entire
Community, already endorsed the 99% of the members of the community,
properly signed, sealed and delivered to the new King today.
Elder Enyiazu Okere, the Oldest man, the onye ko manu, the Conscience of the community, and the Intercessor between the living and the dead in Umuebulu was there to perform all the traditional requirements.
The Youths, led by Comrade Tony Anele (Youths President) were comprehensively involved and gave their full support.
The Community Development Committee (CDC) led by it's Chairman Hon Comrade Victor Okere was not only physically but also ensured that the occasion was gracefully delightful.
Chief Benjamin Nwafor, a recognized leader, and proper Chief in Etche land gave his all, to ensure the success of the entire event.
The Opinion Leader of Umuebulu community Godwin Njoku, was on ground, as always, did his best to support a hitch-free occasion.
The women were all present, cooked, served and dance all the community.
Yours sincerely, the Community Led Counsel has to be counted, as I cut short my vacation and traveled back to grace the occasion.
By this, the community has spoken, decided and permanently put to rest the issue of who occupies the position of their Ochimba/ Paramount Ruler.
It's our hope, that every member of the community shall give their full support to the newest King in town, H.R.H James C. Nwagwu , in the interest of peace, unity and progress of Umuebulu community.
