In 1963, during d reign of chief omoni, d community expanded southwest hen "Ikiogha Enough " a great grandson of Emadugo moved to setbup his settlement opposite otuaguanagu community along d Ekole river, followed by David ISETE, mlkka Enogha among others-thus making d Okiki community visible along d Ekole River.
 Furthermore he services were extended to d ogbia brotherhood (the supreme ruling council of d ogbia kingdom) where he served as assistant secretary and secretary general of d brotherhood respectively. He played a significant role To move d community forward. He spent most of his time To make sure hat d community is at peace. His contribution to d community interest can never be over emphasis. For instance. He campaigned seriously for cooperation, peace, unity, Justice, obedience, hard work among others.. History is good for the people of Okiki
